Maintenance and training

While our materials are manufactured according to the most exacting quality and climatic durability standards, exposure to the elements will eventually take its toll.

To conserve the aesthetic appearance of your tented accommodation and extend its lifespan and return on investment, our sister company Bushtec Creations offers a maintenance service plan: a tailor-made turnkey solution as well as reassurance that we are committed to maintaining, and maximising, your investment.

If you’d prefer to do your own site maintenance, we can provide a proposed maintenance programme that would be customised for you and contracted accordingly.

A personalised manual is included which covers the units and components utilised in your installation and the maintenance that should be performed on a daily, weekly, monthly and six-monthly basis to keep your facility efficient, hygienic, safe, cost-effective and extend its lifespan and ROI.

Depending on the scope of work, training could cover, eg, routine maintenance relating to the camp’s electrical distribution system, potable water system, waste water drainage system, air conditioning units, decking, etc. We even include a comprehensive and handy guide for the care and cleaning of fittings and furnishings. (These are often custom-designed, so a single-method approach to cleaning these items won’t work.) The manual even indicates where a particular product has been placed, and includes a photograph for your cleaning staff’s easy reference.  It’s all in the detail …

On-site training during deployment is especially recommended and indeed specified by many of our contracted clients. This ensures that the personnel setting up and operating the systems are able to do so efficiently and are competent to carry out routine maintenance.
