And while we honour and try to incorporate your vision for the camp, we also want to surprise and delight you with something unexpected.
While we do inform you of trending designs, this doesn’t necessarily dictate what we create for you. Nor do we ever replicate recognisable styles.
At Bushtec Safari, each new or customised design captures the location’s unique essence, local culture and surrounding landscape, merging with the vision, and distinct personality, of the client.
Whatever your requirement, we can design and create it. From a single tent to a full luxury camp, from bars to outdoor pool areas, lounge and dining areas, private chalets with en-suite bathrooms, bomas, villas, boardrooms, libraries, kitchens, reception areas, spas and more, no request is too big or too small.

Location climate, for instance, may determine which tent construction materials are best for purpose. Or perhaps the terrain is not suitable for the kind of flooring you initially envisaged. Our comprehensive range meets such challenges with creativity and product combinations, not compromise.
For instance, our decades of experience and wide product range easily solve the challenge of keeping tented accommodation cool or warm enough for comfort.
For a hot climate, we’d recommend a combination of high ceilings, a double roof structure, insulation material, and large windows and doors to promote positive airflow through the tents. Air conditioners can be added for further cooling.
When it’s warmth you need, fireplaces, hard wooden doors and windows, a durable canvas body and block out material to insulate the tent are ideal to cope with cooler conditions and add to the luxuriousness of your accommodation.
